John Tyner, an Oceanside man who refused a full-body scan and pat-down search at San Diego International Airport recorded the incident with his cell phone’s video recorder.
The video is quickly becoming a hit on YouTube, with over 200,000 views.
After refusing to go through the new TSA body scanner, and also denying the groin check pat down, Tyner was escorted from the airport.
The video is a new black eye for the TSA. According to Tyner’s blog, he was pulled out of line for the metal detector and asked to go through the new backscatter x-ray machine that provides a full-body scan.
After denying the machine scan, Tyner told the TSA worker, “If you touch my junk, I’ll have you arrested.”
