A 15 year old Salina boy facing felony theft charges for handing out $20 dollar bills to fellow students at Salina Central High School.

The boy had taken $1,400 from his dad and passed out $20 bills at school between May 7th and 9th.

When he was confronted by school officials he still had $1,325 on him.
