A 19 year old Salina resident arrested on a charge of rape.

Police Captain Mike Sweeney says Henry Petersen-Beard of 417 S. Phillips is alleged to have had sex with a early teens girl at his home on may 9th.

Sweeney says the two had struck up a friendship on Facebook. Police were notified after the girls mom became concern about the relationship.

Petersen-Beard was arrested on Saturday.
