UPDATE: Jimmy Ray Davis, the homeless man, that has been living near the Iron & 5th St. bridge, has been arrested on a municipal court warrant for trespassing.

He is now in the Saline County Jail.

The Salina Police Department has made no comment on his whereabouts.

Due to numerous littering complaints the area is being cleaned up.
