A Salina Police officer arrested a 21-year-old Salina man Sunday, after recognizing him in a security video as the suspect of the burglary at Jim’s Country Style Chicken Monday June 25th.

The officer stopped Jordan Penwell while he was walking down a Salina street.

Penwell allegedly broke into Jim’s early in the morning, and took $36 dollars in rolled coins.

Penwell was arrested on requested charges of burglary, theft, and damage to property.
