Theft. Rita Peterson of Beverly Kansas reports that a 15,000 BTU air conditioner she had just purchased was taken from the back of her pickup while she was shopping at Dillon’s 1201 W. Crawford between 6:27 and 6:37pm Saturday. Loss placed at $500.
Theft. Between June 22nd and June 29th, 70 pocket extension pieces for concrete taken from Salina Building Systems at 825 N 5th. They were in the business parking lot. Loss placed at $2,660.
Burglary. Between June 28th and June 29th, a storage unit of Sheri Cooley in the 600-block of N. 7th had the lock cut off. Taken were a 21 speed bike, computer software and cables, and a 1967 full sized G.I. Joe doll were taken. Loss and damage placed at $800.
Home burglary. Between June 27th and June 28th someone went into the home of Dawn Phillips in the 600-block of Viemont. No forced entry found. Clothing taken. Loss estimated at $500.
Home burglary. Between June 27th and June 28th, someone entered the home of Margie Cunningham in the 1200-block of E. Kirwin. Taken were power and hand tools, a TV and DVD player, sports equipment, and household goods. No forced entry. Loss placed at between $700 and $800.
