American Heart Association’s 3rd Healthy Habit To Fight Stress

The American Heart Association has 10 Healthy Habits to fight stress and here’s Healthy Habit #3: Accept the things you cannot change. Don’t say, “I’m too old.” You can still learn new things, work toward a goal, love and help others. Plan to help others survivor heart disease and stroke by participating in this year’s Salina Heart Walk on October 7th!
