Theft. Jessica McEuen says a Smith and Wesson semi automatic handgun was taken from the bed of her pickup between late Monday night and early Tuesday morning while parked in the 700-block of W. Pacific. Loss placed at $500.

Burglary. Sometime between June 18th and July 2nd, someone allegedly burglarized a building in the 600 block of N. 5th Street. Millard Pace reports to Salina Police that someone took tools and power tools. Pace unsure of what was taken, but places the loss at an estimated $10,000

Unlawful use of financial card. Barry Carter of Russell reports that a credit card of his was stolen and used in Salina on June 24th at the Wal-Mart at 2900 S. 9th, the ATM machine at Wal-Mart and the Redbox at Wal-Mart. The loss is $489.53. Two people are in custody in Hays. They are Marlon Batista, and Jaree Johnson.
