A group of High School students from USD 224, Clifton-Clyde were involved in a Suburban rollover accident on I-70 just west of Russell this afternoon.

The students were on their way home from attending the student Art Exhibition at FHSU’s Gross Memorial Coliseum. Clifton-Clyde is just east of Concordia, Kansas. Reports from the scene indicated a possible hail storm just before the accident.

One student was being transported to HaysMed and the others were going to be met by family members. The superintendent of schools was also on the way to assist students.
