Windy, with a northwest wind 22 to 27 mph increasing to 29 to 34 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 45 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%. Little or no snow accumulation expected.
• TONIGHT: A 30 percent chance of rain before 8pm. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 24. Windy, with a northwest wind 26 to 36 mph decreasing to 13 to 23 mph after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 46 mph.
