An Ellsworth woman arrested Monday after a traffic stop lead to the search of the woman’s home.

According to Ellsworth County Sheriff Tracy Ploutz, “On April 15, Ellsworth Sheriff’s deputies made a traffic stop on K-140, mile post 15.

As a result of the stop and search law enforcement obtained a search warrant. found 499 grams or just over a pound of “a green leafy vegetation,” at a home in Ellsworth.

The vegetation had not yet been tested. The 35 year old Ellsworth Woman is in custody on $250K Bond. Sheriff Ploutz says her name will be released later in the week.
