Salina Police looking for a possible known suspect in a early Wednesday morning arson fire.

A neighbor of Nathan Maddox alerted him about 1:15am that a car parked behind his home in the 100 block of E. Beloit was on fire.

When fire fighters arrived, Maddox was in the process of putting out the fire.

The trunk area of a 1989 Chevy Celebrity was on fire and confined to the trunk area and damage was melted taillights, melted luggage rack, and damaged items in the trunk.

It has been determined that the fire was intentionally set.

There was no estimate of damage available.
