A man found passed out in a bathroom stall of a Salina store Thursday afternoon is booked into jail on charges of unlawful abuse of toxic vapors, and theft.
Police and EMS were sent to the Dillons Store at 2350 Planet Ave around 12:45p.m. after 20-year-old Wesley Robertson was found in the men’s room unconscious.
Police found a can of Perfect Duster compressed air that Robertson had allegedly been huffing in the stall. About half the can had been consumed. Robertson had taken it off the shelf at the store.
Robertson was taken to the hospital for treatment and then booked into the Saline County Jail.
