The Salina Board of Realtors has released October 2014 home sales figures.

Home sales for October 2014 totaled 59 units compared to 53 for October 2013.

This is an 11% increase compared to the same time last year.

The average days on the market was 69 in October 2014 compared to 82 days in October 2013.
