A three vehicle accident briefly disrupted traffic near a north Salina intersection Monday evening.

Shortly before 8:30 p.m., a sport utility vehicle, a pickup truck, and a passenger car, appeared to collide in a chain reaction rear-end accident just north of the intersection of 9th & Walnut.

There were no immediate reports of injuries, though traffic was re-routed for a short time while the accident was being cleaned up.
