Food safety and lodging inspections are unannounced, and inspection results represent only those conditions found in the establishment at the time of the inspection.

– No Violations

Bicentennial Center (Kitchen), 800 The Midway (August 6)
– No Violations

Fun Foods, 400 Laura St. (August 6)
– No Violations

Goodcents Deli Fresh Subs, 2344 Planet Ave. (August 6)
– No Violations

Save A Lot, 511 E. Iron Ave. (August 6)
– Can of PVC rubber cement stored touching package of meat tray iners. Corrected on site: moved to chemical area.
– Package of foam meat trays setting on floor just outside of meat room.
– From exterior, right side of door seal on dairy walk-in cooler is torn and in ill repair, not allowing for tight fit. Per person in charge, seal is on order.
– Exterior dumpster doors and one lid are open. Corrected on site: person in charge closed doors and lid.
