– Can of PVC rubber cement stored touching package of meat tray iners. Corrected on site: moved to chemical area.
– Package of foam meat trays setting on floor just outside of meat room.
– From exterior, right side of door seal on dairy walk-in cooler is torn and in ill repair, not allowing for tight fit. Per person in charge, seal is on order.
– Exterior dumpster doors and one lid are open. Corrected on site: person in charge closed doors and lid.
