A groundbreaking event to highlight the start of construction at Salina Central High School, 650 E. Crawford, will take place on Tuesday, November 24th at 10 a.m. Board of education members have been invited to attend, but no official board action will take place. Salina USD 305 invites the public to attend this event.

The bond was approved by voters in April 2014 and addresses district needs including safety and security, all-day kindergarten, career and technical education and improvements at both high schools.

Construction at Central High School will begin in January 2016. The event is free and everyone is invited to attend. Building designs and more information are available in school offices and at the website: www.usd305.com
