A large tree, knocked down by high winds, has blocked a Salina street.
Salina Master Police Officer Rande Repp tells The Salina Post strong winds are believed to have caused a tree to fall on Republic Avenue near Front Street, which has knocked down a power line.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area and use an alternate route while the street is being cleared.
