
A 21-year-old Brookville area man is arrested by Salina Police on a warrant Tuesday in connection with a case in December.
Torionn L. Smith is alleged to have discharged a handgun in the parking lot of The Muse, 1700 Beverly, around 2 a.m. the morning of December 18th.
Police found a live .22 round in the drivers seat of a car owned by Smith, and a .22 shell casing in the parking lot near the car.
Smith had left the area when police arrived.
Smith was booked into the Saline County Jail on charges of criminal possession of weapon by felon. He was featured in the February edition of the Salina’s Most Wanted list. He becomes the eighth individual to be arrested from the list since its release on February 6th.
