Kwik Shop #745, 1401 N. Buckeye Ave. (February 18) Regular Inspection
– Inside walk-in cooler, brownies stored in plastic container not approved for food contact. Corrected on site: brownies removed.
– Two unisex bathrooms do not have covered receptacle.
– Boxes of single use cups setting on floor in back storage room.
– Twelve plus old rodent droppings on ledge below electrical boxes in back room.
– Build up of dust/dirt on ceiling of walk-in cooler.
– Build up of dust on fan covers in walk-in cooler.
– No paper towels available at front hand sink. Corrected on site: paper towels provided.
West Stop, 420 N. Buckeye Ave. (February 15) Regular Inspection
– Ceiling tile above Pepsi fountain machine is water damaged.
– Ceiling tile missing between toilet rooms.
– HVAC vents not covered above retail food display and dining area.
– Light above Coca-Cola fountain machine not shielded or covered.
