A 29-year-old Salina man was arrested Wednesday morning on a requested charges of lewd and lascivious behavior.

Police Captain Mike Sweeney said officers were sent to the Salina Public Library, 301 W. Elm, around 7:25 a.m. on a report of a man standing outside on the south side of the library by a window, exposing his genitals to persons inside the building.

When officers arrived, they found Darris C. Thomas was still exposing himself.

In addition to the lewd and lascivious charge, Thomas was also arrested for outstanding warrants.
