A 29-year-old Bennington man was arrested Wednesday on a requested charge of rape.

Salina Police Captain Mike Sweeney said Jordan Brehm is alleged to have had sexual intercourse without the consent of a woman in her 20s at a southwest Salina home between 5 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Wednesday.

The victim called police just before 3:30 p.m.

Brehm was arrested at the home. He and the victim are acquaintances.
