Captain Forrester shared with The Salina Post that local authorities arrested Troy Skilling, 46, of Salina, at 453 S. Broadway at the Village Inn at 4:30 a.m. on March 8. Skilling had a warrant in connection to a police chase and drug charges from April 2017.

Skilling is now facing potential charges ranging from drug possession, drug paraphernalia, no drug tax stamp, possession with intent to distribute, and some traffic violations.
