Sheriff Roger Soldan told The Salina Post that on Sunday, May 6 at 5 a.m. at K-140 and Link Rd a driver fell asleep at the wheel, ran off the road, struck a sign, and rolled his vehicle. The vehicle rolled once and ended up resting on the passenger side.

Justin Jordan, 31 of Salina was driving a blue 1999 Honda CR-V. Jordan told the deputies that he believes he fell asleep.

EMS checked Jordan out at the scene but he refused treatment. The vehicle is totaled.
