The Mental Health Screens are for anyone 18 or older. It involves a simple paper/pencil questionnaire which is scored and the score interpretation is reviewed with the individual. The instrument used screens for Depression, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Bi-Polar Disorder and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. All screenings are confidential, anonymous, and at no obligation.
