Lodeska Marlene Lovin, 72, died peacefully on Sunday, May 27, 2018; at the Bonner Springs Nursing Center in Bonner Springs, KS. She had resided in the Kansas City area for several years to be near her sons Mikel and Kevin. Lodeska was born on April 30, 1946; and was the oldest child of the late Wilber and Lodeska (Darnell) Romeiser.

She is survived by her two sons Mikel Lovin and wife Amory and Kevin Lovin both of Kansas City, Kansas; a brother Doug Romeiser of Nashville, Tennesse; and a sister Becky Heckman of Stockton, KS. Lodeska was preceded in death by her husband Bill Lovin and son Alan Lovin.
Lodeska faced many challenges in life but continued to be happy and loving to the end.

Funeral Services will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday, June 1, 2018 at Plumer-Overlease Funeral Home in Stockton, KS. Burial will follow in Stockton City Cemetery.
