The 2018 Medallion has been found

After nine days and 22 clues, Salina Arts and Humanities announced the two co-winners of the 2018 Festival Medallion Quest, Lynn Brown Larsen and Melody Hoeffner. They discovered the Medallion at 7:52 this morning. The medallion was found in the southeast part of Indian Rock Park, just off of a gravel trail under some bushes near the trail.

The medallion was an actual cassette tape case, with the tape featuring fictitious Festival performers as well as a list of various Festival components. The Medallion tape was amidst other actual vintage cassette tapes, in a cassette-tape box in or near a tattered Red Baron pizza box.

The Festival Medallion Quest 2018 prize package includes:
• $2,000 in cash
• $2,000 in Festival Gift Certificates, to be used for purchases in
the Fine Art Show, Four Rivers Craft Show or Art/Craft
Demonstration Area during Festival weekend
• Four complimentary Festival weekend admission Buttons
• One on-grounds Festival parking pass (weather permitting)
• Invitation for four to the Thursday evening Art Patron Party on
June 7
• Festival T-shirts, CDs, and other Festival memorabilia
