Next events: Golf & Tug-of-War June 23rd

The Salina Corporate Cup Challenge is designed to promote health, wellness, and camaraderie within businesses and the community of Salina.

The idea for the Salina Corporate Cup Challenge came from the Kansas City Corporate Challenge. In 1980, the United States boycotted the Olympics in Moscow, Russia. The KCCC was started as a replacement of sorts for these Olympics. It started off with only a few participants and lasted for a month. Today, the KCCC lasts for nine weeks and has over 220 company participants. Each year there are around 30,000 people that participate and volunteer in the events! Salina area businesses that sign up for the SCCC will participate in a variety of games and events. How they perform in those games and events will count towards a final score. At the end of the games, the business with the most points wins.

There are eight events that companies will compete in. Points will be awarded to companies after each event based on how well the company participates and performs. The company with the most points at the end of the last event will be the Salina corporate cup champion.
