A Salina man suffered a broken wrist late Friday afternoon after he failed to yield at the intersection of Kennison and Wilson .
31-year-old Jacob Williams was westbound in a 2005 Buick La Sabre when the car hit the drivers side of a 2003 Chevy Tahoe driven by 25-year-old Boaz Love of Salina who was driving southbound.
Williams was taken by private vehicle to MedExpress Urgent Care for treatment of his injury. Three passengers in the Williams vehicle and Love were not hurt. Both vehicles had extensive damage and had to be towed away.
Williams was cited for failing to yield . The crash occurred just before 5 p.m.
