Police arrest a 23-year-old man on a requested charges of two counts of aggravated assault late Monday afternoon. Seth VanBuggen is accused of swinging a knife at two people during an argument in the 800 block of W. Elm about 5:30 p.m. Monday. VanBuggen left the scene before police arrived, but was taken into custody a few minutes later. Neither 33-year-old Christopher Fox or 43-year-old Verlana Delotrnzo were hurt.
