ABILENE — Employees of Memorial Health System (MHS) recently wore blue jeans at work for another Jeans Day fundraiser.

Employees who made a donation of at least $5 were allowed to wear blue jeans on the last Friday of August.

The day was organized by the MHS Employer of Choice (EOC) committee.

A total donation of $245 was presented to the Neighbor to Neighbor organization of Abilene. Neighbor to Neighbor is a community space, a safe place, that welcomes women of all walks of life who wish to share their time and talent with one another, with or without children.
