A vehicle was stolen from a central Salina residence sometime late Friday.
Salina Police Captain Paul Forrester said Monday that at approximately 11:30 p.m. Friday, a resident in the 700 blocks of South Second noticed that his gray 2016 Ford Escape was missing from the parking lot of his apartment complex. The Kansas license tag on the car is 686 JUB, Forrester said.
The value of the car was estimated at $27,500. Additionally, the man, who works for an extermination company, also reported that $1,600 worth of pesticides were in the vehicle, Forrester said.
