The annual Salina Emergency Aid Food Bank (EAFB) Empty Bowls Soup Dinner and Fundraiser is scheduled for October 21.
“We are excited to be hosting our annual Empty Bowls Soup Dinner and fundraiser again this year,” said Michael Chambers, Food Bank executive director.
The event is scheduled for 5-7 p.m. October 21 at First Covenant Church, 2625 E. Magnolia.
“We hope many people will come out to enjoy soup and desserts and learn more about EAFB’s services. In keeping with tradition, local artists have created handmade bowls which will be available the night of the event,” Chambers said.
Tickets are $15 for adults and $5 for children ages 4-12. Children under age 4 are free. To purchase tickets, contact Salina Emergency Aid Food Bank at 785-827-7111.
