ADA, Oklahoma — Master’s degrees are expected to be granted to 95 candidates as East Central University conducts its 2018 Fall Commencement on December 15, at 10 a.m. in the Kerr Activities Center.

The ceremony will feature keynote speaker and newly-elected State Representative Ronny Johns for House District 25. Johns is an ECU alumnus.
