Billy C. Randall died unexpectedly in his home on November 26, 2018 in Kirwin, KS. He was 86 years old.
Bill was born on January 7, 1934 in Agra, KS to his parents, Irv and Freida Randall. He graduated from Agra High School in 1952 and served in the U.S Navy from 1955 to 1959. Bill worked as a baker for City Market in Colorado and Wyoming for 24 years. He married Janice in 1981. The Randalls lived in Rawlins, Wyoming until moving to their home in Kirwin, Kansas after retirement. Bill was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping.
Bill is survived by his wife, Janice; son Chuck Randall of Dickenson, Texas; daughter Teresa (David) Wiseman of Peculiar, Missouri; stepdaughter Val Baldwin of Lake Stevens, Washington; stepson Kevin (Lonnie) Plunkett of San Diego, California; sisters Leatrice Hanks, Lila Bryant, Bonnie Davis, and Patty (John) Martin; numerous grandchildren; great grandchildren; nephews, and nieces. He was is preceded in death by his parents, Irwin and Frieda Randall; his brother, Bud Randall; his sisters, Norma Ward, Shirley Buss, and Nina Marie Randall.
