SALINE COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just after noon Sunday in Saline County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2001 Dodge Durango driven by Diane Marie Weaverling, 59, Salina, was southbound on Interstate 135 in the right lane three miles north of McReynolds Road.

The SUV crossed the center lane and inside shoulder, entered the median, began an all-wheel skid, and overturned an unknown amount of times.

Weaverling was transported to the hospital in Salina.

She was properly restrained at the time of the accident, according to the KHP.
