The National Weather Service in Wichita (NWSW) has issued a dense fog advisory, which is in effect until 6 p.m. Monday for the following counties.

• Butler County
• Chautauqua County
• Cowley County
• Elk County
• Ellsworth County
• Greenwood County
• Harper County
• Harvey County
• Kingman County
• Labette County
• Lincoln County
• McPherson County
• Montgomery County
• Neosho County
• Reno County
• Rice County
• Russell County
• Saline County
• Sedgwick County
• Sumner County
• Wilson County
• Woodson County

According to NWSW, visibilities will frequently be one quarter mile or less. Severe visibility restrictions will make driving very hazardous. If driving, slow down! Use your low beam headlights and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
