4-H Club Day set for Saturday

It’s almost time for 4-H Club Day!

Numerous 4-H members will compete in music, drama, dance, project talks, demonstrations and illustrated talks during the annual Central Kansas Extension District, 4-H Club Day, Saturday. The event is scheduled for 8 a.m.-2 p.m. at South Middle School, 2015 Simmons, and is open to the public. Persons attending are asked to enter the school on the east (Fourth Street) side of the building.

4-H Club Day is the second largest competition for 4-H members other than the Saline County Tri-Rivers Fair and Ottawa County Fair, according to the extension district.
