Billy Jean Wahl, 78, of Russell, Kansas, died on Thursday, February 21, 2019, at the Hays Medical Center in Hays, Kansas.

Billy was born in Denver, Colorado, on November 07, 1940.  She was a longtime member with Developmental Services of North West Kansas (DSNWK) and has many friends who love her and will miss her.

Services are pending at this time and a memorial service will held at a later date at the DSNWK center in Russell, Kansas.  Pohlman-Varner-Peeler Mortuary of Russell, Kansas, is in charge of the funeral service arrangments.
