Heartland Health Care Clinic providers donate to AHS

ABILENE — The providers at Heartland Health Care Clinic, located at Memorial Hospital in Abilene, recently presented Abilene High School (AHS) Assistant Principal/Athletic Director, Will Burton, a check for $1300.

The providers donated their time and services to provide sports physicals for AHS students. The money will be used at AHS for athletic training department items to include a continuous temperature monitoring system to treat heat illness, a portable treatment table, and a cold tub – dedicated for the practice football field area.
