According to the USGS a 3.1 earthquake centered a couple miles east of New Cambria northwest of the intersection of N. Whitmore Road and E. Stimmel Road.

Social media lit up with people reporting the quake about 4:30 a.m. Some reported feeling a second jolt a few minutes later.
