HOPE, Kan. — A small earthquake was recorded Thursday morning in Dickinson County.

According to the Kansas Geological Survey, a 2.1 magnitude earthquake was recorded at 7:22 a.m. Thursday about two miles east of Hope, just north of Kansas Highway 4.
