James R Cyre, 74, of Bella Vista, AR passed away Wednesday, August 21, 2019. He was born July 24, 1945 in Concordia, Kansas.

He worked as a Regulatory Specialist at Phillips Lighting for 30 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents Leo and Mabel (Evans) Cyre; brother Leo Paul Cyre; late wife Shelia Cyre; son Leonard Cyre.

Survivors include his wife, Rheva A. Cyre; children, Annette Wanger, Theresa Morris, Kevin Piper, Michael Piper, and Jason Piper; and 4 Grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm, Friday, August 30, 2019 at Roselawn Heights Memorial Chapel, 1920 E. Crawford, Salina. Burial will be held at Roselawn Memorial Park.
