ASSARIA — A variety of items were taken from a storage unit in Assaria late last month.

Saline County Sheriff Roger Soldan said Tuesday that sometime between 7 p.m. on Aug. 27 and 10:29 p.m. Friday, someone cut the lock on a storage unit at 205 E. Second in Assaria and stole a number of items belonging to Rebecca Mendoza, 26, of Assaria.

Items taken include the following, Soldan said.

• 32-inch RCA 4K television valued at $259
• A 20-inch MK 20 mountain bike valued at $58
• A large American Plastics riding toy truck valued at $70
• A boys’ Ninja Turtle Big Wheel valued at $144
