On July 7, 2019, at 11:34 p.m., the person in the photograph at right purchased several items while using another person’s credit card at the Salina Wal-Mart.

The person exited the business and left in a white van. He was described as a white male mid-20 to early-30s, brown hair, and goatee. He was wearing a white t-shirt and plaid shorts.

Salina Police detectives are seeking information about this person’s identity.
