Salina Police are investigating the theft of three pool cues from a pickup.

Brandon Pangburn, 31, of Salina, reported to police that sometime between Aug. 31 and Thursday, someone got into his black Chevrolet Silverado while it was parked in the 700 block of Gypsum Avenue and stole three Lucasi Hybrid pool cues, Salina Police Captain Paul Forrester said Tuesday. The cues were in black leather cases, he said.

Total loss was estimated at $1,000, Forrester said.

Pangburn told police that he always keeps his pickup locked, Forrester added.
