Watch out for storms today!

According to the National Weather Service, a cold front will be pushing through the region today and will bring scattered showers and thunderstorms.

Central Kansas will see scattered strong storms this morning and early afternoon with the strongest storms having nickel sized hail and 50 mph winds (blue area).

Southeast Kansas will have a better chance for severe weather this afternoon and evening. The strongest storms here could have quarter sized hail and 60 mph winds (yellow area).
