Captain Bruce Hyman to oversee KHP Troop C

Kansas Highway Patrol’s Troop C now has a new captain. Troop C includes 18 counties in north-central Kansas and is headquartered in Salina. From the Kansas Highway Patrol Troop C Facebook page:
