More than 120 people turned out Thursday evening for a USD 305 Board of Education and Salina City Commission Candidate Forum.

Co-hosted by the Salina Area Chamber of Commerce and the Salina League of Women Voters, the event was held in the Visit Salina Annex.

The forum was divided into two sessions, with the seven board of education candidates going first.  After a short break, the city commission candidates had their turn. A mixture of media and audience questions were asked and answered.
