The Saline County Commission Tuesday voted 3-0 to instruct County Staff to draft a contract for exact cost of repair the roof of the Health Department building that has been closed more than a year because of the structure that supports the roof.

Many who spoke at the meeting were in favor of a new building to be built to replace the current building.
